If you have not been able to round up an old container that you can use for this purpose you will want to check out these options.
A great way to enjoy a fairy garden in a tiny space is a terrarium. While you won’t be able to fit tons of fairy accessories in this small space you usually can fit a few figurines. This Is a great option for those with very little space and a small budget.
It won’t take many plants to fill the space. Usually only one or two will even fit. They often come in sets of two or three. Allowing you to cluster several or spread them around your home.

Each globe is 3.5 inches in height and 3.9 inches in diameter. If you are wanting a figurine you will have to choose one on the smaller side with this set. All weather and heat resistant they would work well in a window sill r be transferred out to a patio in the spring.

Perhaps if your kids are old enough you can include them in the selection process. Let them choose what sorts of accessories to put in.
